Terms of Use

1. The service

StyleLens analyses photos of your outfit and look with AI, gives style feedback and playful character-based readings (such as aura, attraction or astrology-themed lenses), edits photos and turns results into shareable videos. Features may change over time.

Analyses, scores and character readings are generated by AI for entertainment and self-expression. They are not professional, psychological, medical or astrological advice and may be inaccurate.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the app.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to the photos, text and other content you upload. You give us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide and improve the service for you.

You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload and the permission of any person who appears in it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that harasses, threatens or discriminates;
• impersonate real people or create misleading content intended to deceive;
• reverse engineer, overload, scrape or otherwise interfere with the app or its systems.

We may remove content and suspend access that violates these rules.

5. Generated results

Subject to the law and these terms, you may use the results you generate. Results are produced automatically, may resemble results generated for others, and are not guaranteed to be unique or error-free. You are responsible for how you use and share them.

6. Subscriptions, credits and payments

StyleLens offers auto-renewing Pro subscriptions (weekly, monthly and yearly) and one-time credit packs. Prices are shown in the app and on the store before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Credits and coins have no cash value, are not transferable and are used inside the app only.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, software, brand and content (other than your content) belong to us or our licensors. The StyleLens name and logo may not be used without our permission.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

11. Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where these terms do not cover a point.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are handled by the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir, without prejudice to consumers’ right to apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts, and to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
